We have just started testing recipes with our newest product our Organic Mushroom Honey, this delicious honey has been taking every recipe to different level of taste sensation!
Here is our baked feta with Organic Mushroom Honey.
What you need:
- 1.5 tables spoons of Organic Mushroom Honey
- 1 block of feta cheese
- Half a jar of sundried tomatoes
- Olive Oil
- Half a tea spoon of chilli flakes
- 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
- Half a tea spoon of salt
The Method:
- Preheat the oven to 170°C
- Place the baked feta into a oven proof dish and drizzle with olive oil
- Chop up the sundried tomato's and place them around the feta
- Sprinkle the herbs and salt over the block of feta
- Drizzle the Honey Heaven Organic Mushroom
- Place the dish into the oven for 15 to 20 mins until the feta is melted.
- Once removed from oven mix everything together and serve with baby roast potatoes or flat bread.
