Ginger Honey Marinated Tofu Bowl

Our Ginger Honey Marinated Tofu Bowl is a healthy and delicious dish for lunch or dinner thats super quick to make!

 

What you need ...

1 block (240g) of firm tofu in cubes

1 cup of cooked quinoa

1 avocado

100g of tenderstem broccoli tips (blanched)

1/4 red cabbage (pickled)

1 carrot in ribbons

1/2 cup of edamame beans

Tofu marinade: 1 tbsp of Honey Heaven ginger still honey, 1 1/2 tbsp of soy sauce, 1/2 tbsp miso paste, juice of 1/2 lemon, 1 tbsp sesame oil

 

Method

Mix all the ingredients of the tofu marinade

Fry your tofu with 1 tbsp of oil until crispy, and add 3/4 of the tofu marinade

Serve quinoa, pickled cabbage, edamame beans, tenderstem broccoli, tofu, avocado and carrot ribbons

Drizzle with the remaining marinade if beaded
