Autumn is here and we are ready to get cosy with some delicious autumnal recipes!
First on our list is this incredible Organic Mushroom Honey Pumpkin Bread. The secret ingredient is our exquisite Organic Mushroom Honey
What you need:
- 2 tablespoons of Honey Heaven Organic Mushroom Honey
- 1 large egg
- 175g butter
- 1 tin of pumpkin puree
- 355g self raising flour
- 1 teaspoon mixed spice
- 100g Sugar
- For a little something extra add a handful of chopped walnuts
The Method:
- Preheat the over to 160°C
- Melt the butter
- Mix the flour, mixed spice and sugar together
- Pour in the melted butter into the mixed dry ingredients and mix together
- Add the Egg and mix
- Pour in the tin of pumpkin puree and mix together
- Add two tablespoons of Honey Heaven Organic Mushroom Honey and mix well.
- If you like at this stage you can add the chopped walnuts
- Place into a bread pan and bake in the over for 45 to 55 minutes, insert a skewer into the cake, when the skewer comes out clean the cake is ready
