Our cinnamon honey is made by blending certified organic raw wildflower honey with the finest Ceylon cinnamon available. Every jar contains 96% organic raw wildflower honey and 4% premium Ceylon cinnamon, with nothing else added. No artificial additives, no preservatives and no sweeteners.

How to Use

Honey and cinnamon are a delicious choice for breakfast. Drizzle over toast, porridge, pancakes, waffles or granola, stir into coffee or tea, or use in baking and cooking as a natural sweetener. For a soothing wellness drink, melt a teaspoon into lukewarm water or green tea. It can also be applied directly to the skin as a natural face mask.

What is Cinnamon?

Cinnamon is a spice derived from the bark of the Cinnamomum tree. The bark is harvested and dried, producing the familiar curls known as cinnamon sticks. It is available as whole sticks, ground powder or extract and has been used for centuries in cooking, baking and as a natural health supplement. Ceylon cinnamon is harder to find than its alternative, the cassia variety, and is noticeably sweeter and more delicate in flavour.

What is the Difference Between Cassia and Ceylon Cinnamon?

Cassia cinnamon comes from the Cinnamomum cassia tree and is considered the lower-quality variety. It is inexpensive and widely available, making it the type most commonly found in supermarkets worldwide.

Ceylon cinnamon, known as true cinnamon, is made from the inner bark of the Cinnamomum verum tree. It is less common, harder to source and noticeably superior in flavour and quality. At Honey Heaven, we use only Ceylon cinnamon because quality matters as much in our spice selection as it does in our honey sourcing.
