Not too sure how much to use as no info with purchase, so a bit hit & miss.

This is my second review on thos product, as I have used this for a another reason and it seems to of really helped, along with the cbd/cbg 3000ml 30%oil I use.

I have been working out recently, and I damaged my left bicep muscle to the point I could could move my arm in any direction, I couldn't even hold my left arm down in a normal relaxed position, felt like constant muscle cramp. I don't this on Monday, I have been using the oil as normal, and I have been rubbing the balm into the affected area, the bicep muscle, it is now Thursday, 4 days after the injury and I have full movement in my arm, and I can now have my arm down in normal relaxed position. Normally this kind of injury takes over a week to heel. I am very impressed. This balm really does help many things and would really advise this. I hope this helps people out.

I was really surprised at this balm. I hsve some dry skin on palm of hands and fingers some times, this balm really helps to relief the ithcin and it also helps reduce and clear the dry skin aswell. It absorbs well and leaves your skin feeling soft and hydrated.

I have also used on my face, under my eyes and forehead and any dry spots and it really made my skin look and feel clearer. After a few days I felt I looked younger :)
You don't need to use alot it does last a while. Less is more.

I have used cbd oil and balms before .but honey heavens oil and balm is the best i have ever used.the balm is fantastic and i am useing the 5000mg oil best i have ever used.i have orded 3 balm ame 2 bottles of the 5000mg oil and i be ordering the 30ml bottle next with the 1000mg honey heaven balm.totall class product.
