There is a noticeable difference in my pain levels whilst using the product, but not nearly as much of an improvement as I was hoping for. There have been no side effects, but reoalistically the marginal benefits that it does provide are not worth the cost of the product in my case (it may be different for many other people with different conditions)
Additionally, I find the requirement so stand the bottle in boiling water ever time I want to use it a hassle I can do without. I understand that this is just the nature of the oils being used but it's a faff and once I have used up this initial order, I do not envision myself placing another order.
